I have titled this page lifestyle although it is really about a healthy lifestyle, we all aspire to eat better and exercise more. I would love to say that this is the lifestyle I always follow but it is not quite true, however I am aiming to change. I am beginning to enjoy green smoothies, can make several great dishes with Quinoa and Chia seeds, that I actually enjoy eating, not quite as much as chocolate. ( but even in small amounts this can be fine) I will share some of my recipes in my blog.
I think it is really important to stay as healthy and as fit as we can particularly in later life, been inactive and overweight can really affect our health and the our standard of living! So, a better diet and gentle exercise like walking and Yoga can make a huge difference. Getting outside into the countryside has great health benefits I aiming to try harder, in a gentle way of course!
